The Segway Xyber has legal class 1,2 and 3 modes controlled by app. we feel this is a perfect solution to the recent emoto e-bike restrictions ( the problems are actually e-moto, and ridstar bikes that put videos on YouTube with jail break instructions. some have made up a class 4 which we can find no law or evidence this class exist) restrictions have been issued in many city’s across the nation. This bicycle has pedals and when placed in class 1-3 mode is rideable as a bicycle. When put in off road mode it is only legal on a street after adding all safety equipment required by your local government, after obtaining registration. There is no title issued with this bike, therefore it’s sold as OFF ROAD ONLY! 

The purchaser assumes all liability that come with the decisions made after time of purchase. The bike will be picked up restricted to 19 mph.
